We offer a full 14-day refund policy on all our bookings in winter 21/22 if you have to cancel for whatever reason.
Travelling has become a little unpredictable recently, so we're doing our best to put your mind at ease
Within the 14-day period, we will also fully refund you if any of the following happen and you are forced to cancel your stay:
- Closure of the ski resort or full closure of the ski lifts
- If you or any member of your party is diagnosed with Covid-19
- Governmental decision to impose confinement either at your departure or destination point
Documentary proof will be required, does not apply to restrictions introduced more than 14 days before your arrival date.
